Child Care Campaign
Washington, DC – First Five Action, a bipartisan child care advocacy group, is launching a multi-million dollar ad campaign in multiple congressional districts and states focused on how President Trump and Congress can help families keep more of what they earn to pay for child care by expanding the CDCTC.
This campaign will launch with:
- Six figure investments in digital advertising including pre roll and streaming ads;
- Six-figure direct mail campaigns;
- Grass-roots mobilization of advocates nationwide, including meetings, events, letters to the editor, and direct communication;
- National and in-state polling and message testing that showcases the broad support for the only tax credit designed to lower the cost of child care for working families.
Families need child care. And families need a stronger CDCTC. The goal of the campaign is to build upon Republican support for CDCTC as part of this year’s renewal of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, including expanding the benefit to help more families afford child care.
